ZEN – Meditation is a path towards a direct and concentrated confrontation with oneself aimed at spiritual and emotional growth. Self-awareness – the non-intellectual recognition of one’s inner self – the experience of one’s own liberation – this is considered the goal of this path.
ZEN does not use any visual or acoustic stimulants ZEN is just – sitting and a step into tranquillity.
If not otherwise indicated, we meditate in the tradition of Soto-Zen.
My meditation is not shaped by any particular world view or religion.
Mental meditative training® sessions help to clarify, reinforce or change personal positions and habits. Mental meditative training sessions make use of ZEN techniques. Emotional health as the basis of leading a happy life can be stimulated and initiated by the training sessions. The training sessions can provide inspiration in difficult life situations and create new perspectives and alternatives. They have a motivating and encouraging effect.
Mental-meditative training® sessions are a method I developed. My therapeutic background, my familiarity with counselling and coaching techniques, 25 years of practical experience in T’ai Chi Ch’uan and ZEN – combined with the profound knowledge I gathered over many years helping people in stressful life situations as well as my visionary gift for developing individual life perspectives and creating or changing complex organisational structures – all this has been fused into a single tool for personal development.
